Most of my clients have been working with me for years. You can certainly start with just one session, and then book any follow-up sessions you desire!

Let’s spend five sessions together exploring how your body, your mind, and your spirit are feeling and how they are steering the core of your essential self.
Radical Reinvention
In Radical Reinvention, you will embark upon a 12-week journey of connecting with your deepest desires and to the vision of the life you would be living if your dreams became everything you want them to be. Are you ready to embrace the successful you? The beautiful you? The “pinch me I can’t believe I’m this happy” you?
Healing your Heart
Healing your heart is a sacred journey through 14 weeks of compassion, clarity and divine guidance. Whether you seek to heal from the pain of divorce, separation, conflict with your partner or your family (whether that be your parents, your siblings or your children) this series will offer powerful guidance to help you find your way.
